Warner Brothers Vinyl Master
This
turned up on Ebay and the buyer made a cd copy for us. It is a
single sided vinyl master, and we have no information on the reason for
it's creation. One can speculate that it was to be sent out to
radio stations, or to other media outlets to publicize the
show...except that the Probe theme is incomplete, and is a very sloppy,
chopped version. So it may have been for some other purpose.
Another reason it may be incomplete is that they also put on this master the theme from the ABC series The Delphi Bureau. It sounds more complete, and even if it isn't, it has a clean beginning and a clean ending.
